I’ve always been drawn to black and white, which is probably why the majority of my wedding was black and white with pops of color. I love how classic the combination looks. So when black and white popped up all over the runways for Fall/Winter 2013-2014, I was thrilled! Now, let’s talk about these splatter pants. I was instantly drawn to these at T.J.Maxx, and they are one of my favorite finds! They can be dressed up or down, and are super comfortable! Who wouldn’t want to wear pants that feel like pajamas all day? So, the next time you are shopping and going for an animal print, try something splattered instead. I guarantee you won’t regret it!

P.S. If you are having a hard time finding splattered pieces, grab some paint and DIY it!

I don’t know about you, but when I get a call for a job interview the first thing that comes to mind is “Yes! I have an interview, hope I get the job!”, immediately followed by “OMG, what am I going to wear?!”. Dressing for an interview is risky business. You want to look professional, yet stand out. It is important to leave a lasting impression on the interviewer, and if you choose to wear something a little different than most, they will be sure to remember you. I chose a green blazer, rather than traditional black, to stand out from the rest. It’s up to you to bring your ‘A’ game during the interview, but if you take a few fashion risks, you’re already ahead of the game!
